These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SMMXAU, operated by Zedbase ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at smm.xau-sara.com (the "Panel"). By creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Panel.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Panel. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must keep your login credentials confidential. We will never ask for your SMMXAU password, and we will never ask for the password to any social media account. Any message requesting either is not from us.
One person or business may not operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions, discounts, or refund policies. We may merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for supplying the correct link and quantity. Once an Order is submitted it cannot be edited. Orders placed against the wrong link, a private account, an unpublished post, or a deleted post may fail or deliver incorrectly, and are handled under our Refund and Refill Policy.
The target link must be public and reachable at the time of ordering and for the full duration of delivery. Setting an account to private, changing a username, or deleting the target content during delivery will interrupt the Order and voids any refill or refund claim.
Delivery speeds, start times, and quantities shown on a Service listing are estimates based on typical performance. They are not guarantees. Platform changes, outages, and provider conditions can affect timing.
Prices are shown on each Service listing and may change at any time without notice. The price applied to an Order is the price displayed at the moment you confirm it.
Payments are processed by third-party providers, currently including NOWPayments. We do not store your full payment details. Your use of a payment provider is also subject to that provider's own terms.
Funds added to your Balance are credited for use on the Panel. Balance is not a deposit, does not earn interest, and is not transferable between accounts. Withdrawal of unused Balance to an external account is not offered by default and is granted only at our discretion.
You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, or bank fees that apply to your payment.
Refill and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Refill Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refill windows vary by Service and are shown on the individual Service listing.
If you believe an Order was handled incorrectly, contact support before contacting your bank or payment provider. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first raising a support request will result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining Balance. We reserve the right to contest disputes with delivery records and order logs.
You agree not to use the Panel to:
We may refuse, cancel, or reverse any Order at our discretion, and may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of this section. Where an Order is cancelled by us and no delivery has occurred, the amount is returned to your Balance.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram, Spotify, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Each Platform sets its own rules for its users. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any Platform you use our Services on. We do not control and are not responsible for any action a Platform takes against your account, including reduced reach, removal of engagement, restriction, or suspension.
API access is available to all account holders under the documentation published on our API page. You are responsible for the accuracy of Orders submitted through the API and for the conduct of your own customers. Rate limits may be applied to protect Panel stability. Your API key is confidential; Orders placed with your key are treated as placed by you.
We aim to keep the Panel available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, and Platform changes may cause temporary interruption, delayed delivery, or removal of Services from our catalogue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Panel is limited to the amount you paid for the Order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost followers, lost reach, or action taken against your account by a Platform.
The Panel is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify Zedbase and its officers against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Panel.
You may stop using the Panel at any time and request closure of your account. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of staff. Where an account is closed for breach, remaining Balance may be forfeited.
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the Panel after that point constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
