This Privacy Policy explains what personal data SMMXAU collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. SMMXAU is operated by Zedbase, [COMPANY_ADDRESS], Nigeria ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to smm.xau-sara.com and any related service we provide.

1. What We Collect

Information you give us

• Account details — username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text).
• Order details — the public links, usernames, or post URLs you submit, plus quantities and service selections.
• Support messages — the contents of tickets, emails, and messages you send us on Telegram or WhatsApp, including your handle or number.
• Payment information — the details required to process a transaction. These are submitted to our payment provider, not stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language.
• Pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 5.

We do not ask for and do not want your social media passwords. We only ever need a public link.

2. Why We Use It

• To create and maintain your account and process your Orders.
• To take payment and credit your Balance.
• To provide support and respond to your messages.
• To detect fraud, chargeback abuse, duplicate accounts, and misuse of the Panel.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Panel.
• To send service notices about your Orders or account. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Legal Basis

Where the laws of your country require a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (running your account and Orders), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the Panel), consent (non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation (record keeping).

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the Panel, and only as far as needed:

• Payment processing — NOWPayments processes transactions and handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers — the upstream providers that fulfil Orders receive the target link and quantity for your Order. They do not receive your email, name, or payment details.
• Hosting and infrastructure — [HOSTING_PROVIDER], which stores Panel data on our behalf.
• Analytics — [ANALYTICS_PROVIDER], if enabled, to understand site usage.
• Legal — authorities or advisers where we are required to disclose by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences such as language and currency, secure the site against abuse, and understand how the site is used.

Essential cookies are required for the Panel to function and cannot be switched off. Analytics and preference cookies are used only where you allow them through our cookie notice. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may prevent login from working.

6. International Transfers

We serve customers worldwide, and our providers may store or process data outside your country, including outside Nigeria. Where we transfer data internationally we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.

7. How Long We Keep It

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Support messages are kept for a reasonable period after resolution. Where data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and access controls limiting who on our side can view account data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, a copy of your data in a portable format, or restriction of certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for non-essential cookies or marketing at any time.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Children

The Panel is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The revised version takes effect when published here, and the date at the top will change. Where the change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders.
